1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Suya Feast website and ordering service. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Ordering & pricing
Prices, items, and availability are shown on the menu and may change at any time. When you place an order you agree to pay the listed prices plus applicable sales tax and, for delivery orders, the quoted delivery fee. We may refuse or cancel any order, including if an item is unavailable, the order cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting payment you authorize the total shown at checkout to be charged to your selected payment method. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.
4. Pickup & delivery
For pickup orders you agree to collect your order at the selected time from our listed location. Delivery orders are fulfilled by third-party couriers (such as Uber Direct or DoorDash Drive); estimated times are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any access instructions. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information.
5. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel an order before the kitchen has accepted it, in which case any charge is refunded. Once preparation has begun, contact us and we will assist where possible. We may cancel and fully refund an order that we cannot fulfill. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Allergens & food safety
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles peanuts and other allergens, and cross-contact may occur. Menu allergen labels are provided for guidance only. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients relevant to your dietary needs.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Guest checkout is available and does not require an account. You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account page.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by placing fraudulent orders, interfering with the platform, or attempting unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suya Feast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
