Information we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and order details. For delivery orders we also collect your delivery address. If you save addresses or favorites, we store those with your account. Payment card details are collected and processed by Square and are never stored on our servers.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you about your orders (including confirmation and status emails), arrange delivery through our courier partners, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve our service.
How we share information
We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us operate: Square (payment processing), our delivery couriers such as Uber Direct or DoorDash Drive (your name, phone, and delivery address for delivery orders), our email provider (to send order communications), and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies required for sign-in and to keep your cart. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. Any analytics we use are limited to understanding and improving service performance.
Data retention
We retain order and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time; some records may be retained where required by law.
Your rights & choices
You may access and update your profile, saved addresses, and notification preferences from your account page, and you may delete your account there. You can opt out of non-essential order-update emails in your profile. To make any other request regarding your data, email privacy@suyafeast.com.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and tokenized payments via Square. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
